Reporting an error in a guide#
These are the most valuable messages we get. To let us act quickly, include:
- The page URL
- Which step went wrong
- What happened instead
- Your platform and, for PC, your GPU and driver version
We will re-test and update the page, usually within a day or two.
Suggesting a guide#
If you are stuck on something and could not find a straight answer anywhere, that is exactly the gap worth filling. Tell us the game and the specific problem — the more specific, the better the guide.
Sharing a fix you found#
If you solved something the hard way, we would rather publish your solution than make the next person repeat your evening. We verify before publishing, and we credit you by whatever name you prefer — or not at all, if you would rather stay anonymous.
Press, review copies and partnerships#
We cover what readers are searching for, and coverage is never guaranteed or sold. If you are a developer or publisher with something relevant, the same address reaches us. Our editorial policy sets out what we will and will not agree to.
Response times#
We read everything. We reply to corrections and bug reports first, because those affect readers who are stuck right now. Other messages may take longer.
